The Lemorele Wireless HDMI Transmitter and Receiver allows you to connect your computer wirelessly to an HDMI compatible monitor or TV. There are two parts, the transmitter connects to your computer and the receiver is mounted on your TV. They are both powered with a USB-C cable, but it was also mentioned that the transmitter can be powered via an HDMI connection, but in my setup it had to have the power cable connected to the transmitter. It transmits in Full. It has a good range and it works on HDTVs in different rooms in the house. The picture quality in HD is very good. It is just as good as a wired connection. The only problem I noticed with streaming was that there was a slight delay in the audio using the TV speakers when I connected to the remote TV, which is not true for all streams or movies.
